Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash at the time of your treatment.

Some health insurance providers cover acupuncture treatment with members of the British Acupuncture Council. I recommend checking with your insurer in advance, as a GP referral may be required. I am happy to provide invoices to support reimbursement. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept discounted rates from insurers or submit claims on your behalf.

24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of appointments, otherwise the full appointment fee will be payable. This is to ensure the sustainability of my clinic. Thank you for your understanding.
